These terms apply to your use of www.curatedrops.com and to all orders you place with us. Please read them before ordering.

Who we are

Curated Drops is a trading name of Signature Smiths Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16807012, with its registered office at Basement Flat, 25 Hornton Street, London W8 7NR, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Signature Smiths Limited trading as Curated Drops.

How we sell

Curated Drops is an online retailer. We sell the products listed on this website directly to you, and we are the seller of record for every order placed here. Your contract of sale is with Signature Smiths Limited. We take your payment, arrange delivery of your order, and handle any return, refund or customer service enquiry relating to it. You are not transferred to any other retailer to complete your purchase.

Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and the contract between us formed, when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is unavailable, or because we have identified a pricing error — we will tell you and refund any payment taken in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page in the currency of your selected market and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout and are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Google Pay. Payment is taken by us at checkout.

If you are ordering for delivery outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes are not included in the price you pay us. Please see our Shipping Policy before ordering.

Pricing errors

We take care to price products correctly, but errors happen. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full.

Availability

Availability shown on the website reflects our current stock position. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We arrange delivery of your order to the address you give at checkout. Costs and estimated timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day returns policy. To cancel, email us at info@signaturesmithen.com. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Returns and refunds

We handle all returns and refunds ourselves, and we cover the cost of return postage. Our Refund Policy sets out the full terms and forms part of these terms.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including the right to receive goods which are as described, of satisfactory quality, and supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Intellectual property

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks displayed on this website are the property of Signature Smiths Limited or of third parties, including the brands whose products we sell. Nothing on this website grants any licence to use these marks without prior written permission.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us at info@signaturesmithen.com or on +44 7595 769192. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date you place it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
